Yari Balmaseda, a Cuban native and Tampa resident, has over 15 years of customer service experience, including 6 years in management, and now leads Balmaseda & Associates Inc. as a dedicated Real Estate Agent. Her strong work ethic, shaped by her community involvement and personal migration experience, fuels her commitment to exceptional customer service and making homeownership accessible for everyone.

Yari understands the struggles of the American dream. Yari and her family migrated to this wonderful country which gave them the opportunity to evolve. This personal experience is the reason why Yari believes that everyone has a chance at home ownership. 

 

Yari is married to a wonderful husband who supports her business ventures. Her husband is also a business owner in the Tampa Area and loves to be a part of the community as well. In their downtime, they like to dance, explore the Tampa Area, and travel with friends and family. Yari has three children who are now young adults.
